The movement is growing!

I am currently surrounded by so many beautiful and talented young ladies as I compete in the DreamGirlsUSA National Pageant. It is amazing to see the differences in us all and how unique and special each girl is. I've been sharing my new buttons to promote the idea that we can't let society tell us our worth, we need to be strong in who we are and be a light to others.  Pageants have helped me find some of this strength by teaching me how to publicly speak and be confident in who I am, but I admit, I often compare myself and think I fall short of these amazing girls with whom I compete. I have to remind myself that I AM worthy and special just the way I am and if I don't win, that is ok. I am making so many friends and learning more about myself at every competition.

So be a light, trust who you are and know that no matter who you are, we ALL have insecurities and fears. Stay strong, focus on your positive qualities and share that with the world. We need someone just like you!
