For ages 8-11, the Empowerment Camps are the perfect training ground for your child to learn pre-teen coping skills, identify their personal strengths and learn to support one another.

Led by Miss Merit.com, Hailey will visit and read her book, interact with the kids then participate with Miss Merit for a workshop chock full of interaction, fun and empowering activities!

Your child will leave knowing what special qualities they have, how to recognize and empower others, as well as a few life tools to help them be secure and grounded in who they are!

Aimee is a founder and principal of Miss Merit and is the creative voice and artist behind the mission. She holds Masters' degrees in the fields of Education and Transpersonal Studies (Psychology) and has much experience working with underserved populations. She has been an entrepreneur from a young age, as well as social justice advocate; passionate about women's rights and opportunities. She is a consultant, teacher, historian, traveler, and innovator who has taught diverse audiences locally and abroad.

Allison is a founder and principal of Miss Merit and is the mind behind the business and operations of the company. Allison is a food scientist, and is continuing her studies in Supply Chain Management at Carlson School of Business. She holds a BS in Chemistry, and an MS in Food Science. She is a former D1 dual-sport athlete, and currently coaches two competitive club-level soccer teams. A world traveler and avid chef, she is passionate about providing opportunities and development for young women in the sciences and in sports.
